This hotel has exceptionally clean rooms and friendly staff.

The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a safe area, close to Albany, near the university, and shops. A wide array of good food, I enjoyed it.

There was something as butter missing.

The hotel was perfectly fine and the staff was amicable, it had ideal location close to everything. Location: the property was just off Downtown Albany, which means less parking spaces and shops. Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met my needs.

The location was perfect for visiting SUNY@Albany and for access to shopping and down town. We always enoy this hotel.

We were placed in the wheelchair access room, which we found loud as it was close to the doors and elevator. Also I was concerned that someone might show that needed the room (handicaped). We did not ask for another room because is was nice enough.

Well-situated spot near everything, awesome pool 🏊‍♂️. The building and rooms on the lower levels are fantastic. Got to check in early, and the staff here is just perfect.

Room was large (2 bedroom suite) and comfortable. Adequate kitchen and bath. Sufficient living room that a few friends could stop over. Quiet.

Bed was too soft. Breakfast was not sufficiently staffed to keep up with the number of guests in the hotel at peak times -- trash overflowed, coffee empty, etc. If you went early or late to breakfast it was fine. Tub water backed up.

My comments re: late arrival time were never forwarded to the hotel ... The staff member @ the registration desk assigned us to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door of an occupied room with an authorized card key. Not a great experience for the occupant or us. Also had to summons the desk attendant who was outside smoking when we arrived. Wake up call was never received as requested upon arrival.

The room was a good size and seemed new, plus they had smoke detectors for safety which was reassuring. The staff were really great and always ready to help with any questions. The location was peaceful and cozy, which I enjoyed a lot. 🌟

The bedrooms and living room were a decent size.

The pool (smallest I've every seen) was closed for maintenance the entire weekend. The bathroom was tiny. The room did not seem to have been vacuumed. There was no advance warning, online, that a thorough room cleaning is done only once a week. The parking lot was very noisy. The towels were very thin. The breakfast was adequate but the coffee was pretty bad.

I liked the suite and the fitness room. The staff was good as well.

The room was just right, with a nice private bathroom. 🛁

We enjoyed our stay here and found the accommodations to be just what we needed; we would definitely recommend and plan to return in the future.

The location of this place was great, just a short walk from University at Albany.
